Finca Cortesin Hotel Golf & Spa - Casares

This luxury hotel and spa, with its own championship golf course, is a 5-minute drive from Bahía de Casares Beach. It features 2 outdoor pools and a private, seasonal beach club with infinity pool, restaurant and bar.

Home of the annual Volvo World Match Play Championship in 2009, 2011, 2012 and Solheim Cup 2023, the hotel’s 18-hole golf course was designed by Cabell Robinson. Other on-site facilities include the Jack Nicklaus Academy, 2 tennis courts, and 2 padel courts.

The Cortesin spa includes an indoor pool and gym. There is a Turkish bath, sauna, and a unique snow cave. Treatments include massage.

REI by Finca Cortesin is the hotels signature restaurant. Its cuisine is renowned for both exquisite traditional Japanese dishes, as well as others that have emerged by fusing Japanese with Mediterranean influences.
Guests are able to admire the Master chef himself, Luis Olarra, at work in the kitchen as he prepares mouth-watering dishes; combining the highest quality seafood and raw materials, produce grown organically in our very own vegetable garden and Spanish cuisine classics.

While the 5 other dining venues include Don Giovanni Italian restaurant, Mediterranean cuisine at The Beach Club, Mediterranean flavours at El Jardin de Lutz and tapas and cocktails at The Blue Bar. You can also enjoy views of the golf course and the Mediterranean at the Golf Club Restaurant.

Marbella is a 35-minute drive from the property while Sotogrande is 20 minutes drive away. The nearest airport is Gibraltar Airport, 40 minutes drive away while Malaga Airport is 60 minutes away.

The hotel day starts from hour 15:00 and ends at 12:00.

Please note that the kids club is only open during high-season months, and the first 4 hours are free.

Please note that during the year 2025, Finca Cortesín Club de Golf will be working on improvements in the quality of the playing conditions; therefore, we would like to inform you about the scheduled maintenance which is going to take place in June 2025.

From June 2nd to June 20st (both dates included) the golf court will be completely closed. Also, by the reopening date, the golf court will be reopened in good playing conditions.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
